We are not aware whether the original document provided to us is genuine and whether the statements in that original document stand true. We are not responsible for the use of this translation by any third party or the customer that also includes the end users.
We are attaching a copy of the translation made to this certificate.”

The statement should also include name, company name and date along with signature of the representative of the translation company. It should also mention the membership number of the professional organization, such as American Translators’ Association, for example.
